How should I contact Frostzone if I want to be an affiliate?

An affiliate is someone who puts a Frostzone affiliate tag on their website. These tags are made from Frostzone and are validated so that people will know valid Frostzone Affiliate tags upon opening the website. To become one request a tag by picking a support package from the support center at the bottom of the screen.

Frostzone Chat wouldn't start because I didn't have a system requirement, what does that mean?

Just a guess, but it wont start because you really don't have a crucial system requirement, and that system requirement is Java Player. Frostzone Chat is actually a Java Script operated Chat session, so yes you would need to have that requirement. My suggestion, which is more like a direct instruction to how to fix this, visit www.javascript.com and download the newest version of Java Player.

Frostzone Mail has a receive option, a calendar option and more, but I don't know how to write emails!

Don't worry, you may not be very familiar with the system if your knew, but if you have had time to experiment around with it, you should have noticed that the option on the side navigation bar that says "Compose" will enter you into the writing page. Writing email messages is a very simple part of Frostzone Mail, you simply have 20 minutes to do it however. You can use headers and backgrounds from the directory to customize your message!

When I receive a message using Frostzone Mail, it tells me I need to open a certain attachment to read it because the message is in HTML form. What does that mean?

Well that simply means that the email address was not only text. Quite like Frostzone, some people like to add graphics and letter heads to their emails, when you need to open an attachment that means that person did. It really is not a big deal, many people just sometimes write only text, so in that case you wouldn't need to open an attachment, however in some cases you do need to, but that is no big deal!

Frostzone Casino PRO says that I can make a real money account, what does that mean?

That just means you can play for real money if you like. Real money accounts can win you money, but they can also lose you money! Make sure to gamble responsibly if you gamble at all, remember after you lose money we will not give it back.

Why do different types of support get answered at different times?

If you are not a webmaster you may not know this, but it is possible to obtain emails sent to different addresses that are redirected to your preferred email. This way unknown clients cannot receive our email addresses, but we can receive their emails and send a return email back without exposing our personal information.
